General conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The Buyer has the right to return new and unused goods within 14 calendar days of purchase. The date of acquisition is the date of issue of the VAT invoice.<\/li>\n
  2. To return an item, please contact the E-Commerce Manager by email. email e-commerce@kasima.l t<\/a> or contact the Commercial Manager at sales@kasima.lt, who<\/a> will provide you with a return note.<\/li>\n
  3. When returning an item, you must provide proof of purchase.<\/li>\n
  4. After completing the deed and receiving confirmation of the return, the goods must be delivered to UAB KASIMA, Daukanto g. 66, Tel\u0161iai, LT-87101, Lithuania.<\/li>\n
  5. The return clause applies only to new purchases, i.e. y. second-hand goods cannot be returned.<\/li>\n
  6. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods without giving reasons.<\/li>\n
  7. This policy applies exclusively to buyers who are not consumers. Consumers are covered by statutory guarantees when purchasing goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Rights and obligations of the buyer<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods new, unused, with original accessories and parts, unpacked, undamaged, and with their appearance and characteristics intact.<\/li>\n
    2. When returning the goods, the Buyer undertakes to pay a return inspection fee to Kasima UAB, the amount of which depends on the returned goods and is specified in the return certificate.<\/li>\n
    3. In the event that the packaging of the returned goods is damaged or the goods are returned without packaging, the buyer is liable to pay a packaging fee, the amount of which depends on the returned goods and is specified in the return note.<\/li>\n
    4. The Buyer shall also reimburse the Seller for all costs incurred by the Seller for the shipment of the goods, the amount of which shall be specified on presentation of the Returns Note..<\/li>\n
    5. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned goods. If the purchased goods are not complete, the seller has the right not to accept the returned goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How long the application takes to process<\/strong><\/p>\n
